Akiko Hirai: Punctured Hearts

The Hepworth Wakefield has commissioned the artist Akiko Hirai to produce a series of ceramic sculptures in response to the work of Barbara Hepworth. Exploring the concept of the pierced form, Hirai has crafted 12 small unique hearts, each with a small hole through which the viewer can look.

This ceramic series is extremely   limited so we are limiting customers to two works each. Orders in excess of  this will be refunded. All profits support the exhibition and learning programmes at The Hepworth Wakefield.
