Based on the original 1975 Poison mug series designed by John Clappison, the new Hornsea range has 4 poison mugs and 4 poison jars.
They've redrawn the illustrations, changing them from a band to a self contained motif and moved the positioning of the 'poison of choice' to the front and back of the jar.
They've also kept one little poisonous 'flower' on the top right of the design as a cute style punctuation.
They've designed this new jar in keeping with the Victorian Apothecary aesthetic.
Store anything! Use for coffee, sugar, candy, cotton balls, jewellery, decant your jams and jellys, the list is endless!
These new designs are in cobalt blue glazed stoneware with real gold plating. HAND WASH ONLY!
