Based on the original 1975 Poison mug series designed by John Clappison, the new Hornsea range has 4 poison mugs and 4 poison jars.
They've redrawn the illustrations, changing them from a band to a self contained motif and moved the positioning of the 'poison of choice' to the front and back of the mug, rather than opposite the handle.
They've also kept one little poisonous 'flower' on the top right of the design as a cute style punctuation.
These new designs are in cobalt blue glazed stoneware with real gold plating. HAND WASH ONLY.
The range is individually Gift boxed in matching gold foiled and cobalt printed boxes.
